Foes of LG Electronics' planned headquarters in Englewood Cliffs to appeal judge's decision

Opponents of LG Electronics' plan to construct a new headquarters in Englewood Cliffs said Saturday that they would appeal a judge's ruling allowing the project to move forward.

State Superior Court Judge Alexander H. Carver III on Friday upheld the variance granted to LG Electronics in February 2012 by the Englewood Cliffs Board of Adjustment, allowing the company to build a 143-foot-tower along the Palisades at 111 Sylvan Ave.
