Meet Artie, January's featured Weir Farm National Historic Site (NHS) Volunteer! Artie has been volunteering at the park since 2011, and has helped maintain the park's stunning cultural landscape through his hard work, dedication, and amazing skill set as a Stone Wall Steward Volunteer. . .

In March of 2010, Artie took a series of introductory workshops on stonework for trails through the New York and New Jersey Trail Conference. Following the workshops, Artie used his newfound skills and passion for stone masonry to volunteer on a number of projects, as well as to win a number of awards. . .
