Representatives of New York’s Department of Environmental Conservation will be with us at that time to accept transfer of land owned by the Trail Conference to New York State. A brief ceremony will be followed by a moderate, 5-mile guided hike for those interested along a new trail built by Trail Conference volunteers. The event will take place at the trailhead on Route 6 of the Minisink Trail (see directions below).
