The Building & Grounds Committee is responsible for developing operational and management procedures pertaining to the NYNJTC Headquarters and provide implementation guidance. These procedures and guidelines are documented in the Facilities Management & Operations Plan (FMOP) document.

This page provides the Trail Conference Staff and the Committee easy access to the released versions of the FMOP document as well as the "work-in-progress" version on google docs.

This page also collects and makes available various operational resources such as forms, problem tracking spreadsheets, and reference materials identified in the FMOP Appendix.
