Join us and our community partners for the official opening of the Altamont Community Kiosk showcasing the Long Path. Enjoy a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a block party-style celebration featuring live music, food, and fun activities for kids.

Event Location: Orsini Park, 179 Main St, Altamont, NY 12009
Event Schedule:
Throughout the event, there will be live music, food trucks, and kids’ activities.
- 12 PM: Ribbon cutting
- 12:30: Tom Walsh on Thru-hiking the Long Path (Altamont Free Library)
- 1:30: Victory Twirlers (Orsini Park)
- 1:45: Steve Babbitt on Hiking the Schoharie Long Path (Altamont Free Library)
