Due to recent federal cutbacks to AmeriCorps funding, we have made the difficult decision to pause our 2025 Conservation Corps hiring process. These positions, which have long served as stepping stones for the next generation of environmental leaders, rely heavily on this essential support.

The AmeriCorps program is a backbone of conservation work across the country. For over a decade, our Corps members have built trails, protected habitat, and inspired stewardship in communities throughout the region. Suspending this program not only impacts young professionals seeking meaningful work, but also the lands and communities that depend on their service.
