About the Crew
The Taconic Trail Crew focuses on constructing new trails and rehabilitating eroded or damaged ones. This year, our primary project is the rehabilitation of the Wilkinson Memorial Trail in Hudson Highlands State Park.
If you love the outdoors and want to learn how sustainable trails are built, we’d love to have you join us! Our team is active every weekend, providing many opportunities for you to get involved and have fun on the trails.
Trail work is led by the Trail Conference’s on-staff field manager and Conservation Corps members. Projects include a variety of tasks, such as:

No experience is necessary and beginners are encouraged to join us! We provide onsite training for each work trip.

Upcoming Work Trips
