Archives also include information about notable volunteers and previous staff. Procedures and questions have been sent up to make interviewing and assembling information easier. A list of people to be interviewed is available, so there is a choice of who to interview. 

As an interviewer:

• Contact the person to be interviewed to ask whether s/he would prefer to be interviewed online (e.g., Facetime) or in person
• Agree upon a mutual time and place for the interview
• Conduct the interview by asking questions in the guidelines
• Write up the responses, and then send them to the interviewee for comments and approval
• Submit the approved responses back to your Trail Conference liaison. 

There is no need to visit the Trail Conference office for this volunteer opportunity.
